VeganMoFo Day 4 – Recipe Roundup

I’m taking a break from crock-pot cooking. Between the curry and the mac and cheese soup, I have enough leftovers to feed hundreds.

So,  I’m taking advantage of the day off to make a few meals that have piqued my interest this week.

Breakfast is from Jenojoon. She made breakfast nachos on Sunday. That’s right. Nachos for breakfast.

Lunch will be leftover curry from Sunday’s Crock Pot Curry.

Dinner is from Olives for Dinner. She made FISH AND CHIPS!

Tomorrow, I’ll get back to the crock pots. Yes, plural. We have three we use regularly. (Plus, one for gravy, one for dips, and a set of three-in-one for parties)
