>Raw Walnut Milk
I’m also out of almonds and cashews. This is what I usually use to make my own nut milks.
I did have walnuts, so I decided to make some walnut milk.
fresh coconut meat (from a thai coconut)
agave, a few dates, honey, or other sweetener (totally optional)
Place 3/4-1C of walnuts in blender with meat from one baby (thai) coconut. Blend with about 4C water, and optional sweetener.
I let it chill for a few hours then pour through my hemp sprout bag (you can also use a towel, nut mylk bag, or cheesecloth) into a container.
Store in fridge. Enjoy.
